This blog is my online journal of my art process, events, and journey. Inspired by fellow artists who challenge themselves to post a painting a day, I will use this blog to post some my paintings and notes about events and shows I participate in.

Color, Light, and Laughter
I am currently looking out at the snow after a week of being sick with a virus. It has been lovely and cozy inside looking out at the snow-frosted trees sipping chicken broth, but now I am getting cabin fever or more specifically studio fever. I need to mush across the frozen tundra of my front yard and be with my paints and canvases.
Last night's Edmonds Art Walk was cancelled and so we all missed the reception at Gallery North for "Color, Light, and Laughter." The show is up until January 30th, so stop by and see it. Here are a few pieces I have at the gallery this month.
I am an artist and owner of Two Crows Studio. The studio was named after two adorable fledglings I once encountered. There is an old rhyme with the words "two crows for joy" so I thought it an appropriate name for my studio. Creating my paintings is a joyful experience for me and it is my intention to inspire joy in the world with my work.
